1、装轴前把传动滚筒内部清理干净;
1. Clean the inside of the transmission drum before installing the shaft;
2、游动轴承座安装时要求轴承两侧有相等游隙;
2. When installing the traveling bearing seat, it is required to have equal clearance on both sides of the bearing;
3、传动滚筒需进行静平衡检测，其精度等级为G40;

4、焊接处焊缝高度大于幅板厚度。
