传动滚筒的结构与设计计算。首先对传动滚筒的一些结构进行分析,分析传动滚筒现有的结构存在哪些弊端和不足,并从中得出比较合理的布置结构。然后根据所得结果,进一步分析研究,得出最优布置方案。其次给出实现平稳可靠布置结构。应用机械原理设计的知识,首先应用力学等基本知识对传动滚筒的不同布置结构进行分析和研究,并得出各自的特点;研究传动滚筒的受力情况,争取改进现有的传动滚筒的结构或能创造性地提出一种新的布置结构。
Structure and design calculation of driving drum. Firstly, the structure of the transmission drum is analyzed, and the drawbacks and shortcomings of the existing structure of the transmission drum are analyzed, from which a more reasonable layout structure is obtained. Then, according to the results, the optimal layout scheme is obtained by further analysis and research. Secondly, a stable and reliable layout structure is given. Applying the knowledge of mechanical principle design, the different arrangement structures of transmission drums are analyzed and studied with the basic knowledge of mechanics, and their respective characteristics are obtained. The force situation of transmission drums is studied, so as to improve the existing structure of transmission drums or creatively put forward a new arrangement structure.
传动滚筒是一种理想的连续输送设备,但目前其效能还没有充分发挥,资源 有所浪费。如将传动滚筒结构作适当修改,并采取一定的安全措施,就可拓展到 运人、运料或双向运输等功能,做到一机多用,使其发挥最大的经济效益。开发专用机种由于各地的地质条件差异较大,在输送系统的布置上经常会出现一些特殊要求,如弯曲、大倾角直至垂直提升、长运距下运传动滚筒等,而有些场合常规的传动滚筒是无法满足要求的。
Driving drum is an ideal continuous conveying equipment, but at present its efficiency has not been fully developed and resources have been wasted. If the structure of the driving drum is modified properly and some safety measures are taken, it can be extended to the functions of transporting people, transporting materials or two-way transportation, so that one machine can be used for many purposes and maximize its economic benefits. Due to the great difference of geological conditions in different places, there are often some special requirements in the layout of the conveying system, such as bending, large inclination until vertical lifting, long distance downward transmission drum and so on. In some cases, the conventional transmission drum can not meet the requirements.
